Please note that as your service company, we are here to provide you with consulting, service, information, and sound business advice when you need it. We provide service for Telephone Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Telephone Integration, Local and Long Distance Calling Plans, Internet Solutions, Video Conferencing, Fiber Optic Cabling, Computer Network Cabling and a host of other communications services.

It is our intent and mission to become your full service communications company and to position your company to embrace emerging technologies and use them to benefit your business.

ATS will provide technical support for networks and networking components provided ATS was the original installer of said networks/equipment. ATS will offer advice on networks and equipment not originating from ATS, but said offer is not be be construed as an ability to provide technical support for other customer and/or vendor equipment and/or services. If a customer's networking services are out, this constitutes an emergency condition and customers are advised to call the service department and convey the seriousness of the disruption, requesting a networking technician return the call as soon as possible (usually within 5-10 minutes). If it is deemed a site visit is necessary to correct an emergency, an ATS technician can be on-site within 4 hours (maximum), whether to directly apply solutions or as a remote assistant for a network technician. Personal computers, unless acting in the capacity of a firewall or edge proxy, cannot constitute an emergency condition, and therefore the usual service arrangements will prevail.
