This vital solution transforms your customers' multimedia PCs into phones via the Internet, and allows you to capture more transactions, increasing online revenue. Customers visiting your Web site can click on a Talk to Agent icon and, within seconds, initiate a call to your business for immediate sales, service and support. And, since the calls are via the Internet, your toll free telephone expenses are reduced. Additionally, employees also have the ability to "push" Web pages to customers to present products or services they may have missed on your Web site.

How does it work?
Your customers click an icon on your Web site to automatically download and activate the Talk to Agent software as a plug-in to their Web browsers. With the quick download, customers can place calls from their multimedia PCs through the Internet to your company's phone system. This small Java-based application compresses the users' voice into data packets. The packets travel over the Internet to an Inter-Tel InterPrise voice and data router. From there, the data packets are converted back to voice and delivered through your phone system, to your customer service agent.
