ATS has an experienced technical staff capable of servicing a variety of major legacy business telephone systems in the states of Rhode Island ( RI ), Massachusetts ( MA ) and Connecticut ( CT ). We can provide service, moves, and programming changes as well as upgrades. Systems include Inter-Tel, Mitel, Avaya, Nortel and several others. ATS also works on sound and paging systems and most common communications peripherals.

Our technicians have all been in the industry for more than twenty years and have vast experience in all telecom related installations and service. We have also worked with all of the major local and long distance service providers and we are able to assist our customers in ordering basic phone service as well as the most diverse and complex voice and data networks.

ATS also offers maintenance contracts for existing communications systems. This provides customers who may not yet have upgraded to the newest technology the chance to breathe easy with legacy systems knowing their equipment and service is covered as if it was under warranty.

We provide local service in the New England region for many of the largest retailers as well as nation wide organizations. We are licensed and insured to work in all the New England states and provide service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
